A slightly sparkling Junmai Nigori Sake that pops with a light sparkle !

Pale Pink Nigori Sake made with only rice and rice malt, the secret to the lovely pink colour lies in the yeast used ! A red pigment called red Sake yeast that produces a red pigment in the mash: no other colouringagents or red rice were used.

This Nigori has a soft, sweet aroma and natural sweetness, but has a refreshing aftertaste which makes it a perfect gift, esp for ladies !

The soft and gentle bubbly ``Pink Nigori Sake'' goes perfectly well with the crispy chocolates.
