The Canton Dry Gin is a Western-style dry gin flavored with Organic Goji berries. 
A traditional gin style with pronounced citrus notes. The palate features citrus notes and herbal, earthy, slightly tart goji berries with a smooth and distinctive mouth weight. 

The finish is long, with lingering citrus notes, a slight herbal character, and a subtle hint of sweetness.
