Fukucho Yuzu Lemon Liquer 500ml

A liqueur with a junmai-shu base. Plenty of high-quality yuzu and local, Hiroshima-produced lemons are used, and a natural sweetness is added with honey.

The yuzu are from Kochi Prefecture, the largest producer of yuzu in Japan. The lemons are from Hiroshima Prefecture, the largest producer of lemons in Japan. In particular, lemons from Setoda are used. The sourness is an exquisite accent in the liqueur. Best served chilled, on-the-rocks or with soda.

Food pairing is best with sushi, teppanyaki.
